We roast and pack fast so your coffee lands fresh. Below are our standard Australian shipping terms.
Rates & thresholds

Standard Shipping: $10 for orders under $100

Free Standard Shipping: $0 for orders $100+

Express Shipping: $15 (flat rate, any order value)
Processing & dispatch

Roast-to-order: We roast in small batches and dispatch fast after your order cycles through production.

Processing time: Typically 1–2 business days from order/roast day (Mon–Fri, excluding VIC public holidays).

Order cut-offs: Orders placed after our daily roast/pack window roll to the next production day.
Delivery timeframes (guidance)

Express: generally 1–3 business days to metro areas.

Standard: generally 2–7 business days (regional/remote may take longer).

Timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier network, weather, and peak periods.
Tracking & delivery

Every parcel includes tracking (sent via email/SMS when available).

Authority to Leave (ATL): If you select ATL, the parcel may be left in a safe place; risk transfers upon delivery.

PO Boxes / Parcel Lockers: Supported for most orders (subject to carrier).
Subscriptions & recurring orders

Shipping follows the same rates/thresholds above.

Manage timing (pause/skip/bring forward) in your Seal Subscriptions portal. Changes must be made before your roast/charge cut-off.
Bundles, large orders & split shipments

We may split shipments to protect freshness/fragile items at no extra cost.

Large/mixed orders may ship in multiple cartons; you’ll receive separate tracking if so.
Address issues & redelivery

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address or failed delivery requires reshipment, additional postage may apply.
Heat & handling

Coffee doesn’t love heat. Please retrieve parcels promptly (especially during summer).

We pack smart, but prolonged exposure to heat or rain after delivery is outside our control.
International shipping

We currently ship within Australia only. (International coming soon—reach out if you need a custom quote.)
Problems with delivery?
If your order is delayed, lost, damaged, or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of the scanned delivery date (or expected date if lost). We’ll investigate with the carrier and replace or refund where appropriate. For damaged goods, please include photos of packaging and contents.
