1–2 baristas, 1 group/compact 2-group machine, grinder, alt milk, decaf, quick menu.

Big Crowd Espresso (150–500+)

2–3 baristas, 2-group machine, twin grinders, batch brew add-on, high-speed set-up.

Filter Bar & Cold Brew

Batch brew + iced lattes/cold brew. Perfect for conferences, galleries and hot days.

All packages are tailored to venue, power/water and service windows. Pricing on request.

How It Works

  1. Enquire — tell us the date, venue, guest count and vibe

  2. Plan — menu, power/water, bump-in/out, branding, staffing

  3. Brew — we run service smoothly (and clean as we go)

  4. Wrap — spotless pack-down, post-event debrief if needed

Tech & Logistics

  • Power: typically 1×15A (or 2×10A) for espresso; standard outlets for grinders/batch

  • Water: plumbed or self-contained filtration (we’ll spec it)

  • Space: as little as 2×2 m for compact pop-ups; we’ll provide a footprint plan

  • Insurance: full public liability; risk assessments available

  • Locations: Melbourne metro standard; regional/interstate by arrangement
