Sourcing Coffee Beans
After meticulously sourcing and testing our green beans, we create a roast profile that brings balance, body and sweetness to our blends. Every roast is tested by our head roaster and compared to previous blends, ensuring each cup of coffee you serve has the same distinct flavour.
Over the last decade, we have established mutual and beneficial relationships with our producers, which supports quality and consistency in our brand!!
Some of our sourcing plants are in: Brazil, Peru, Honduras, Uganda, India, Columbia, Ethiopia, Mexico, Panama, Costa Rica. Coffee blend origins are on each bag and in the description of each product. They will be a blend of Robusta and Arabica unless specified. Single origin coffee will be specified on the packaging and website.
